Massa bought the building in July 2020 for $13 million and, since then, received planning board approval for the conversion of the space at 550 Washington Avenue. Construction is expected to begin in late 2020 and last 12 months.”

Miami-based Massa Investment Group, led by Mathieu Massa, bought the 25,589-square-foot building at 550 Washington Avenue for $508 per square foot, records show. Big Time Productions, led by Eugene Rodriguez, sold the property.”

“Spec home builder and French restaurateur Mathieu Massa sold a waterfront home in Miami Beach’s Nautilus neighborhood for $7 million.

Massa’s 4528 Prairie LLC sold the six-bedroom, 6,291-square-foot house at 4510 Prairie Avenue, according to a press release. Massa Construction Group built the house, which was designed by Choeff Levy Fischman.”

“A company tied to Massa Investment Group just paid $11.5 million for retail space at Axis Brickell in Miami, records show.

Lmnr Axis Properties LLC, which is managed by Menin Hospitality’s Keith Menin, sold 18,157 square feet of retail space on the first and second floors of the north tower at 1111 Southwest First Avenue.

The property houses Marion Miami and El Tucan, according to a spokesperson. Mr. Hospitality Management Inc. manages the restaurant and lounge.”

Massa, who calls himself “Mr. Hospitality,” is about two months away from completing Villa Miami, a seven-bedroom, 7,359-square-foot home at 1826 West 23rd Street, listing agent Julian Johnston of Calibre International Realty told The Real Deal.”
